I am still over the moon that I was able to photograph this DIY baby shower in The White Room at Crompton Collective . Located in Worcester, Massachusetts, this space is perfect for showers, parties, and weddings. The open floor plan allows guests to customize their experience all while being surrounded by the industrial charm of the old mill building.
I was able to peek in before the guests arrived and capture all of the beautiful details that were hand crafted with love.
The centerpiece of the event was a whitewashed wood photo backdrop that was covered in hand made paper flowers. Each flower was cut out of poster or computer paper, assembled, and then spray painted in an array of beautiful pink and gold hues.
Gold metallic balloons that read, "Oh Baby" were attached to the backdrop, spelling out the theme of the shower perfectly.
The backdrop is part of The White Room package, and I have to say, I think this is my favorite use of it yet! It is such a simple idea, yet it looks like it was taken out of an Anthropologie store display.
The long farm table was lined with floral arrangements and simple linens that allowed the flowers to take center stage.
One of the most fun parts of the event was the UNICORN MIMOSA BAR. You guys, I know lots of people are over the unicorn trend, but I say bring it on! Why not make life a little more magical? We need more
color in this world.
They rimmed the champagne flutes with frosting and then dipped them in sprinkles. HOW COOL IS THAT!?!?
If you haven't been to The White Room, you should really check it out for your next event! This baby shower was a labor of love, but oh, baby, did it come out fabulously!
